The Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level is a school qualification jointly conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) and Cambridge International Education (CIE), with exams taking place in Singapore annually.
