Richard Joe Duncan is an American former professional football player who was a kicker and punter for three seasons in the National Football League NFL) for the Denver Broncos (1967), Philadelphia Eagles (1968) and Detroit Lions (1969). He played college football for the Eastern Montana Yellowjackets. He made two field goals in his NFL career and had five punts for 305 yards. He also played for the Wheeling Ironmen of the Continental Football League (COFL) in 1966 and in 1967.
