Wexner cut his ties with Epstein, around 18 months after Epstein was charged in Florida with "multiple counts of molestation and unlawful sexual activity with a minor." On February 10, 2026, Representative Ro Khanna revealed that the FBI had named Wexner as an unindicted co-conspirator.
