Rambo: First Blood Part II Rambo: First Blood Part II is a 1985 war action film directed by George P. Cosmatos, which is the sequel to First Blood (1982) and the second instalment in the Rambo film series, with Sylvester Stallone reprising his role as Vietnam War veteran John Rambo.
