The Public Order Act 1986 is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that creates a number of public order offences. They replace similar common law offences and parts of the Public Order Act 1936. At first the law implemented the 1983 recommendations of the Law Commission; later on it was amended by the Blair government to include Parts 3 and 3A.
