Marvel Rivals is a free-to-play hero shooter video game developed and published by NetEase Games in collaboration with Marvel Games. The game was released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on December 6, 2024, with a PlayStation 4 version released on September 12, 2025 and a Nintendo Switch 2 version currently in development. The game is free-to-play with a current lineup of 53 playable characters from Marvel Comics, and features cross-play across all supported platforms. As of August 2026, nine seasons of playable storylines have been released to the game, based on the comic book series and events "Blood Hunt", "Hellfire Gala", "King in Black", The Immortal Iron Fist, Mr. & Mrs. X, Deadpool, and "Devil's Reign".
