Lower Mokotów is a residential area, dominated by high-rise housing with apartment buildings. It includes the neighbourhoods of Czerniakow, Sadyba, Siekierki, Sielce, Stegny. It also includes low-rise areas with single-family housing, such as in Augustówka, Królikarnia, Sadyba, and Siekierki.
