It is owned by Rincon Broadcasting Group and operated by Sinclair Broadcast Group under a local marketing agreement (LMA), making it sister to KTUL, an affiliate of ABC and Fox, and KMYT-TV, an independent station with MyNetworkTV. The three stations share studios on East 27th Street and South Memorial Drive in the Audubon neighborhood of southeast Tulsa; KOKI-TV's transmitter is located on South 273rd East Avenue in the western city limits of Coweta.
