Emma Jane Greenland was an English painter, writer and singer. She was the author of Curious Discovery of the Ancient Grecian Method of Painting on Wax. Greenland may have been a pupil of Johann Christian Bach, and she owned some of his manuscripts after his death. She was awarded a Gold Pallet on 14 November 1786 by the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
