Corning Glass Works v. Brennan, 417 U.S. 188 (1974), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court interpreted the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and held that Corning Glass Works violated the Act by paying male night shift inspectors higher wages than female day shift inspectors performing the same work.
