Bosilegrad is a town and municipality in the Pčinja District of southeast Serbia, on the border with Bulgaria. The municipality covers 571 km2 (220 sq mi) and comprises 37 settlements. At the 2022 census the urban settlement had 2,348 inhabitants and the municipality 6,065, of whom 4,075 (67.2%) declared Bulgarian ethnicity and 786 (13.0%) declared Serbian ethnicity.
