Bart McKay Davis is an American attorney and politician who is serving as the United States attorney for the District of Idaho since October 10, 2025. He previously served as the U.S. attorney from 2017 to 2021. He previously served as a Republican member of the Idaho Senate, representing District 33 from 2002 to 2017. He represented District 29 from 1998 to 2002. During his time in the Idaho Senate, he served as state senate majority leader.
