Andrew Nugent Dugger, was a prominent religious minister and Sabbatarian missionary in the 20th century. He was president of the General Conference of the Church of God in the United States during the periods 1921–1927 and 1929–1931. He is also considered the founder of the Unitarian movement "Churches of God 7th Day of Mount Zion", a group of congregations that followed Dugger's leadership and influence to Jerusalem when it broke away from the General Conference of the Church of God.
