Andrew Graham is a British political economist. From 2001 to 2011 he was master of Balliol College, Oxford. As of 2024 he is chair of trustees of the Europaeum (2024), a member of the Advisory Board of Ethics in Technology, Hamburg University of Technology (2023–), and senior fellow of the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) (2011–).
