Amphimachairodus is an extinct genus of homotherin machairodontine felids. It inhabited Eurasia, North America, and possibly Africa during the Late Miocene to Early Pliocene epoch. It was probably descended from Machairodus, and in turn ancestral to later homotheriins like Homotherium.
