The 2006 Vancouver Whitecaps FC season was the club's 21st year of existence, as well as their 14th as a Division 2 club in the franchise model of US-based soccer leagues. 2006 was Bob Lilley's second season as head coach, and they started the season with many draws while the team sorted itself out.
