The 1941 Kearney State Antelopes football team was an American football team that represented Kearney State Teachers College as a member of the Nebraska Intercollegiate Athletic Association (NIAA) during the 1941 college football season. In their seventh season under head coach L. F. "Pop" Klein, the Antelopes compiled a perfect 8–0 record, won the NIAA championship, shut out six of eight opponents, and outscored all opponents by a total of 204 to 13.
